  • Prosecutorial Foundation: Former Assistant U.S. Attorney and Deputy District Attorney with an undefeated federal jury trial record.

  • Global Risk Leadership: Former Managing Director at FTI Consulting, leading multi-disciplinary investigative teams in high-profile matters worldwide; actively participated in investigative/advisory teams on the Madoff and Stanford Ponzi schemes (on behalf of victims), Toyota Recall, Halliburton/KBR and other FCPA matters, SEC, and trade secrets matters.
