- Prosecutorial Foundation: Former Assistant U.S. Attorney and Deputy District Attorney with an undefeated federal jury trial record.

- Institutional Reform: Specialized in stabilizing organizations during crisis through factual determination and forward-looking recommendations.
- Higher Education Authority: Extensive experience in complex university investigations, including the Ohio State "Tattoogate" and Marching Band matters, the Varsity Blues litigation, and defending NCAA Enforcement actions through COI hearings.
- Global Risk Leadership: Former Managing Director at FTI Consulting, leading multi-disciplinary investigative teams in high-profile matters worldwide; actively participated in investigative/advisory teams on the Madoff and Stanford Ponzi schemes (on behalf of victims), Toyota Recall, Halliburton/KBR and other FCPA matters, SEC, and trade secrets matters.
